The Keys to Wealth

Our Apostle, Matthew Stevenson, released a prophetic word on Friday that “Women are about to rise up in wealth and they will not be dependent on men for their sustenance and the men of God will be those that have a grace to negotiate and obtain property”

We already see this taking place. Click Here

I personally felt like this word was for me. I believe he will establish and build my weight loss business and give me the wisdom to help people lose weight. I really believe God is creating businesses for people to impact and further the kingdom. Wealth is our inheritance. I am just going to elaborate on some prayer keys that you can use to pray and release this over our life.

The Relationship Toward Money (1 Peter 6:10)

I pray that money will not become my idol. I pray that as I increase in wealth and finances that I will become the lender and not the borrower. I pray that no matter how much money I obtain that God will always be my only source. He will be my source of life. I pray that I will not be seduced by the love of money as a lesser love. I pray that my heart will be stabilized in truth. I break all dependency on money.  I understand that the love of money lessens and utterly annihilates my desire and devotion to God. I pray that you break all mindsets that lead to believe that money is my source.

God’s Pleasure to make us Wealthy.(Psalms 35:27)

I thank you and magnify your name Lord! Thank you that you find pleasure to prosper your people. You have delighted in blessing those that have obeyed your words. I glorify your name and I will attest to your goodness in the earth. Let the heavens know your worthy. I thank you that you  have caused the earth to deliver up its resources. I thank you that you delight to give me the wealth of kings. I thank you that you have pleasure to prosper us according to your promises. I claim you promises now and use them to enable and further the kingdom.

The Power to Get Wealth. (Deuteronomy 8:18, Ecclesiastes 5:19)

I thank you that based on my obedience you have given me the wisdom and the strength to acquire property and land for the purposes of your kingdom. I pray that I will be an apostolic and prophetic resource.  I bind all control and power of  a wicked boss that keeps my mind in bondage to a 9-5 job. However, I release an entrepreneurial grace. You have cause me to triumph in the workplace. I pray that in will release creativity to have witty ideas and inventions that will make me wealthy.

Enjoy,

Suffering to See God!

Hey guys,

The Lord has really impress upon me challenge of longsuffering. Many of us forsake this fruit of the Spirit because it is very uncomfortable. God begin to explain to me the other side of suffering. I taught this sometime ago and found it to be very profound. The churches of today have taught this over and over. Some have even made it their main message. We have misunderstood God’s perception of suffering to the point where emotionalism and carnality has been release in the earth. As a result, Christians all over the world have become victims to their problems, circumstances, and situations. These type of people thrived on someone releasing sympathy towards their needs. How many of us have friends that only talk about their problems and never mention any steps or plan of action to escape the problem. This is why suffering has been commonly defined as lack of money, uninvited circumstances, and fleshy persecution. However, I will agree that this is suffering but it is a small aspect it. I believe this aspect is not solely what Paul meant when he lists longsuffering as a gift of the Spirit.

What type of God would allow his people to suffer circumstances without offering a means of escape or exit point? On a basic level, Suffering is the process of man’s imperfect soul being translated into the character of God. In Romans chapter 8, Paul describes how the Spirit and the flesh collides with one another. Also in Galatians 5:17, We see this dynamic yet again. There is a war going on and it is not in Iraq. This war is a holy war of God transforming and overcoming carnality’s culture. This is God trying to change the heart because we view him through the eyes of our heart. It is our hearts that are deceptive. This explains why many have an unrealistic and unbiblical expectation and perception of God. This is real suffering because it challenges you to change and many don’t like to do that. It is extremely easy to remain the same and stay in your ways. God is looking for those that are actively encountering Him on a daily basis so that perfection is the outcome. From the encounter, God empowers us as believers and gives us the spiritual tools needed to affect our reality. This is why Paul described it as “long” suffering, because tenacity and perserverance causes us to remain and it tends to be long. It is very uncomfortable because prior to receiving Christ we walked in our own way. We did what we wanted to do. When we decided to change our ways for the cause of Christ, it was difficult. Some of us even backslided. This is because we were unaware of the power to change our current state. Nothing in the earthly reality can change its state. We need a higher reality and Jesus came to bring that reality to us.

As we continue to change in our hearts, God can reveal himself. In Matthew 5:8, Jesus tells us that the pure in heart will see God. I want to see Him! This is the key to Jesus releases himself as a supernatural God upon the earth displaying miracles, signs, and wonders in the believers. I pray that intercessors and believers rise up pure hearts  and cry out for God to invade the earth. This is my cry, too!

Prayer Keys For Igniting A Fresh Passion of God

Hi Guys,

My wife made awesome prayer strategies that you can pray over your life. If you begin to declare these scripture over your life, it is guaranteed to ignite fresh passion with God. I have used them and the power of God has fallen. She has a power ability to create prayer strategies. You should hear her pray! Intercessors this should be in your neck of the woods. You can declare these over your church, ministry, and family or other areas you see fit. Thanks Honey for sharing! I am trying to get her to share more.

Take a look below

Prayer Strategies From:“Learning To Ignite Fresh Passion For God”

Apostle Matthew Stevenson

September 30, 2007

What We Ought To Be Passionate About

(1). The Presence of God. Psalm 27:4 I break dependency of the flesh off my life and pray I would be brought into a place where I  will not settle for past moves but passionately run after life in the Spirit of God. This is my longing, that I be desperate for the presence of God.  Give us the desire to stay in your house (Will) and not our own, for your house is eternal. Let us encounter you in your house and receive revelation of your beauty realm, and also for our lives. For nothing shall hinder me from Living in the House of our Lord!!

(2). Coming Close to God. James 4:8  Let not distractions prohibit me from coming close to our Father. I break fear of abandonment and I release liberty to come closer to God without reluctancy. For you are not like our worldly relationships, you are faithful and you draw me by your unfailing love. Teach me the art of communion and renew my understanding of “Father God.” Let double mindedness and apathy not attack my communion with the Father. For you shall magnify my endeavors and cause me to dwell, forever.

(3). Moving in Revelatory Gifts. I Corinthians 14:1 I declare I shall not be afraid of the unknown, for you have given us different members that we may operates as one body, the body of Christ. I come against the spirit of indifference that causes one to be lukewarm. For I shall fully be as Jesus and greater!!! I shall walk in the gifts of the spirit for it is my inheritance. Religion will not hinder and confusion will not be apart of the perfecting of the saints.

(4).Praying in The Spirit. Romans 8:26 Give me patience and sobriety in the place of prayer, for it is the strength of the Spirit working through me and not my own. Let my soul be yielded to the Holy Spirits’ path so that your will be done. Let faith arise in me to fully trust/ rely on the working of the Holy Spirit. Let my wills and agendas fall so that your Spirit dominates and the hope of Glory is manifested.

Enjoy,

The Passions of God.

This topic on passion has really intrigued my soul. So I know you may wonder. Well… Marcus. What are the passions of God.. The passions of God are very powerful and it explains His character and unfailing love towards us. This is by no means all of the passions of God. David declared in Psalms 139:17, “How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!” This is one of my favorite scriptures to pray. I believe in the thoughts of God his passions are revealed. I want this to be my testimony. A life wasted on the thoughts and passions of God. Learning the passions of God reveals His heartbeat. I guarantee if you access God’s thoughts and passions towards situations you will find that your perception is completely off. (Isaiah 55:8). My spiritual father, Apostle Matthew Stevenson, revealed several passions that God has. I am gonna share with you guys my favorites and why I think that are very pivotal for this time and season.

Leadership (Matthew 9:36)- God is very passionate about proper leadership. It grieves the heart of God for improper leadership to be in place. There is definitely a lot of people that are scattered and weary in there walk with God. They are following the hottest TV minister and duplicating their works. Many people nowadays in the body of Christ fear authenticity. I believe it is ok to like or admonish certain ministry gifts. But.. we don’t need any more T.D Jakes, Juanita Bynums, and Creflo Dollars. I am not knocking these ministry gifts, but we need genuine authentic people that have birthed an authetic burden and have birthed a ministry out of prayer. This is an excellent scripture to pray over the body of Christ. Paul stated something very powerful in 1 Corinthians 4:15, “For though ye have ten thousand instructers in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.” I pray that the Apostolic fathers will rise up. I believe this is the heart of God in this season that they will arise and birth out sons and daughters in the Word.

God revealing himself (John 3:16-18)- This has been the ultimate purpose and plan of God. From Genesis to Revelation is a picture of a God desperate for his people. I tell you people of God! God is passionately trying to reveal himself to mankind. Just like the above scripture states, God has given us his Son. That we might become well acquainted with Him. He is eager to be release on the earth. Luke 9:58 states, “And Jesus said unto him, Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.” Jesus wants a place where he can dwell. A place that he can rest. This is why we must develop relationship with him because he wants to dwell in our hearts. Many shy away from real relationship with God, because relationship requires you to change. Do you think God will dwell with you with sin that you know of in your heart? God no! This is something that really vexes my soul. I come across a lot of people that claim salvation and a relationship with the Lord. However, their fruits do not reveal any of God’s character. They regard iniquity in their heart and say that, ” God is not through with me yet” I know many have heard that! Oops! Some of you may have said it. Ok.. God does work on us, but if you are saved for 25 years and your struggles are still the same stuff from year 2. Then I believe there is a problem. God does give us grace but, Paul stated, “What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?”(Romans 6:1-3) Botton line! At some point we must mature! Thank God for his longsuffering. He is the only one that has patience to deal with us.

I am gonna end here… This is a touchy topic. I Love you guys… Though…

Be Blessed!

Fresh Passion-Learning to Ignite!

Hi Our Apostle Matthew Stevenson preached a powerful message that I would like to share concerning igniting the passion of the Lord. If you take a look at John 4:30-34, You see it is a picture of the disciples asking Jesus and telling him to eat. Jesus reply was very powerful. He stated. I have meat that you don’t know of. In the following statement after that, He describes what this meat was. It was to do His Father’s Will. This passage exhibits Jesus’s passion to complete and finish His Father’s Work. When he was a young child, His mother found him in the temple and He stated that he had to be about his Father’s business. (Luke 2:48-50) When I take a prophetic look at the Body of Christ and realize our passions are completely different from God. When you look at the church today, You can plainly see that the passions have shifted. The determining factor that reveals this is that many are not doing the will of the Father. Now, I know that is a bold statement, but once we listen to what is being released across the pulpits of america we see the messages are very compromising.  A lot of ministers have gotten off. Now, in no way am I trying to condenm the church or the world, but truth is the truth. Some ministry permit homosexuality and lesbianism. Some ministries only focus on the blessings of God, and nothing else which presents a limited view of our God. Some ministries don’t permit women ministry gifts. Some of the doctrine is completely contrary. I pray and decree that there will be a release of the spirit of truth.

He is steadily releasing leaders that have been birthed out of the closet of prayer to release present truth. We see in the scripture that passion is connected to the will of God.  So you may ask what is the will of God? The Will of God will be typically what God has commissioned you to do. However, generally, it is His will and concerns to reveal himself to mankind and redeem them to himself. If you are not doing this and people are not being saved by your lifestyle, I question if you are in God’s Will. I am no way trying to generalize God’s Will for you life because I do understand it is different for each person. However, it should accomplish the main purpose which is to saved souls and bring people into the reality of God’s kingdom. It will accomplish that purpose if you have passion towards it. I will admit I was once wasting time not passionate about the will of God until God rebuke and chastened me. The enemy always releases carnality and apathy when you get serious and passionate about your call and destiny. What Jesus said really challenges us as believers to find out what is more important. Sometimes God tells me what is seen is temporal and the unseen is eternal when I get distracted by the world and my circumstances. (2 Corinthians 4:18) Your level of passion will always determine

-your posture and position toward God

-your focus and perception

-endurance and longevity

-relationship and associations with people

-progress and elevation

-value and appreciation for God’s Word/ The Bible

-convictions/ beliefs

-tolerance and behaviors.

*** For lack of space and time, I will not elaborate on how this different factors  determines your passion. However if there is one that you are particularly concerned about drop me an email and I will explain that particular one to you.

Next post I will talk about what God’s passions are.

Hope you enjoyed this post
